V3.0 of the Anti-Squirrel Defensive BirdFeeder rises. I’m hoping that they can’t climb up the 1.5m of copper piping

Finally, this is Caegan, the King's Rook. His magical abilities make him an outcast from society, and he's been sequestered in the castle his whole life.

This is Crawe, the Queens Rook. Her magic makes her a valuable asset to the kingdom, but she'd rather die than serve anyone.

This is Rhydian, your King's Knight and sworn protector. His brutal reputation as a vicious fighter is known throughout the kingdom, but perhaps that's what you like? (He's also a romance option)

This is Heikiko, the Queen's Knight. Raised from birth as a living weapon; she's taken a solemn vow to protect her charge, even with her life.

This is Rastaban, the King's Bishop, and your closest advisor. He's served as the King's right hand man for many years, but will you trust him?

This is Nervia, the Princess you were sent to marry. She's had a lonely and cloistered life, rarely leaving the castle she was born in. She's also one of our romancable NPCs

This is Ash, the Player Character. A Prince with a vital task: marry a princess, ascend to Kingship, and establish an alliance between two nations. Whether you do or not, is up to you.

Maybe the only flaw with Matilda (1996). Is that it’s distopic gameshow to show the moral bankruptcy of the Wormwoods: “Let’s Get Sticky With Mickey” looks fucking sweet. I would watch it every week

So thrilled to show our first screenshot with all our main characters in it! Literally couldn't be happier with the work our artist's done. I'm gonna be posting some quick character bios over the next few days!

Another unconventional after another massive day of game design.

Every postit on the floor is an almost perfect plot idea we cut. Only the crème de la crème survived

Our chess AI currently has about 20 different evaluation functions, each with their own weighting. That's too much to tune by hand, so I'm running an automated AI chess tournament to evolve 100s of different AIs and find the optimal weightings.

It's working quite well so far :)

Not technically a , but we’ve spent the whole day working on our game narrative design.

We’ve had some incredible ideas for some of the mysteries, can’t wait to share them with everyone!

Apparently this posh boy regatta goes up the Thames once a year to count all the swans. So blessed that I got to witness them on this blessed afternoon 😌😇🪿

Google, you of all people should know that's not what a virtual machine is
